Your order will be shipped within 5 business days. If there are any changes to this time frame, we will contact you right away. Keep in mind that all items are handmade especially for you, therefore in some cases delivery time may be delayed. Please contact us if you have any concerns or special requests.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
All orders are insured and shipped via United States Postal Service. Please contact us if you have any special requests, we will do our best to meet your needs.

Do You Ship International orders?
For all international orders, please contact us directly so that we can manually process your order. Shipping charges for international shipments may be subject to additional fees and delivery delays.
Is The Website Secure?
Although we encourage our customers to place their orders using our secure online ordering system, we would be more than happy to take your order by phone. You can reach us at 520-742-5476 Monday though Friday, 9am to 4pm MST.
Can I ship To A Location Other Than My Billing Address?
Yes. The website will request both your billing and shipping information independently at checkout.
What Is Your Warranty Policy?
All of our products are covered by our manufacturers defect policy, stating that we would be happy to repair any item for any defect that is due to a faulty design or component. If there is an item that needs repair due to the mis-use or mis-treatment of the product, we would be happy to repair those as well. Once we receive your item, we will be able to give you a quote on the costs associated with the repair. Please call us at 520-742-5476 for a return authorization for any repair issues. Items received without a return authorization will not be accepted.
